1. 1)What if I finish the book(s) before the end of the month?

    In that case, you can write to us at and we will be sending your next book(s), within the next 7 working days. It would be great if you could inform us slightly prior to finishing the book so that you don’t have to wait for your next read. Nevertheless, our support team will be in constant touch with you to know the progress and make sure you have a hassle free experience.

  2. 2)What if I’m not able to finish my book in time?

    We understand that it’s not always possible to find enough time; however we can only allow a maximum of 10 working days, beyond the stipulated time, to return the book.

  3. 3)What if there is no one to pick up/deliver at my suggested location?

    Before every delivery or pick-up,our personnel will be taking your confirmation regarding place and time. In case you’re unable to make it, we will re-attempt the delivery/work-up at a later date. However, beyond two attempts, charges will be applied.

  4. 4)Can I swap my subscription packages, in the middle of the cycle?

    Yes, you can swap your subscription packages. The new cycle, however will begin once we have received your current read, and the revised payment has been settled.

  5. 5)Can I have any particular book delivered to me?

    Yes, you may, all you need to do is mention the name of the particular book at the end of the form, Else you can always write to us at However, such a request can be entertained only once in a 6 month plan, and twice in case of a 12 month plan

  6. 6)What form of payment can I use?

    We accept all forms of electronic payment, except for swipe machines.

  7. 7)Does Booksol provide service to the entire country?

    Right now, we serve only in Hyderabad and would be expanding to other cities soon.

  8. 8)Facing any technical issues during payment or browsing the website?

    Server and technical issues are unavoidable at some or the other point and we regret the inconvenience it may cause. You can notify us about the same by writing to us at and our support team will be more than happy to assist and get the issue resolved.

  9. 9)If I change my mind after the payment, can I cancel?

    The only condition in that regard is that we have to be informed within 3 working days from making the payment and before receiving the first book.

  10. 10)Can I exchange a book?

    If by chance, you have any complaint with the book, regarding its content or condition, we will exchange the book. The only request we have is that you contact us within 7 working days of receiving the book. You can write to us at .

  11. 11)I want to gift a subscription to my friend. How does it work?

    Just pick out the right program: We offer 6 months, 12 months with 1 book a month & 2 books a month. You can choose his/her favorite genres and brief his/her tastes using a reader profile. If you are not sure of his/her taste, we can always a get a revised reader profile from your friend after he/she receives the gift.

  12. 12)Do you charge any shipping/handling fee?

    Nope! We don’t levy any shipping/handle fee. Everything is covered in subscription package fee.

  13. 13)What if I move out of city temporarily (at least for a month or more)?

    You can return your current read (after you finish) and inform us about your return dates. We can put the subscription on hold and resume once you are back.
